Yoga Rascals Virtual Classes

In Yoga Rascals’ classes children learn a variety of yoga poses, as well as breathing, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques. Using their imagination in a creative way, students travel on a different yoga adventure in each class. Participants explore new places and learn fun facts about animals, plants, landscapes, etc. while moving through a yoga sequence.
