Yoga & Sound
Participants move through a series of yoga poses balancing strength and flexibility while promoting a state of peacefulness through breath awareness. Class concludes with a deeply relaxing sound bath meditation inviting participants to experience a variety of sound instruments, including singing bowls, drums, chimes, and a deeply resonating gong.
What to bring:
Please bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a couple of blankets. Wear comfortable clothes that you can easily move in. Bring warm clothes to wear during the sound bath portion of the class.
