Yoga Assemblies (offered in San Diego County)
Yoga Rascals’ assemblies take elementary students on a fun yoga adventure. While traveling to exciting new places, students move through a series of yoga postures working on flexibility, strength, and balance. This highly interactive assembly gets everyone moving! While getting a great workout, students also learn basic breathing and relaxation techniques that can easily be used in the classroom, and at home. We conclude our yoga journey with a “yoga nap”— students lie down while listening to a relaxing yoga story.
