Sound Bath Meditation
Hannah Lei Prunty and Sünje O’Clancy invite you to enjoy the healing vibrations and magic of sound during our restorative Sound Bath Meditation. Experience a variety of sound instruments, including crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, and a deep resonating gong that guide you on an inner journey, promoting a state of peacefulness and deep relaxation.
Please dress in warm, comfortable clothes. After a short series of easy stretches, (participation is optional), you will lay on your back for about an hour. Bring a mat, blankets, and anything else you may need. For instance, you may want to bring an extra blanket to roll up underneath your knees for lower back release. You could also bring an eye pillow, and a small flat pillow, or folded towel to place underneath your head.
