Preschool Yoga

Preschool Yoga
​​In our preschool classes children are introduced to yoga in a playful way. We stretch like cats, roar like lions, waddle like ducklings, and jump like frogs. On our make believe yoga adventures we fly on airplanes, climb mountains, and grow into trees. Children stretch and strengthen their bodies while improving coordination and balancing skills. Each class concludes with a Yoga Nap - a guided story relaxation.

Family Yoga
