Yoga Rascals' lavender eye pillows are filled with organic dried lavender flowers and flax seeds. Gently squeeze eye pillows to release more lavender scent. Each pillow comes with a pillow case which can be removed for easy washing. Enjoy for deep relaxation!
Our little yogis love their eye pillows. Placing the eye pillow over their eyes, it helps them to relax at the end of class while listening to a relaxation story. Eye pillows differ from eye masks—they are not attached with a rubber band and therefore encourage students to stay on their back during relaxation time. They are lightly weighted which helps relax the tiny muscles around the eyes and forehead. The light lavender scent further enhances the experience.
